It was good to be back after a number of years. The hotel has changed but fir the better and is still a great base for visiting Berlin. We cannot wait to return.

We had requested a non smoking room, but in the first room the nicotine odour was richly present. The hotel says to have non smoking rooms only, but I am sure they have no system to trigger if guests actually smoked in their rooms. The cleaning crew must notice such abuse and actions should be taken to remove any odour before the keys are passed on to a next customer. We were given another odourless room instead.

So the hotel is very good but we booked our room by phone call and they told us we could pay at our arrival. When we arrived they said our room was canceled because we "had never payed for it". Eventually we could get a room for the same price anyway, but it took us 20 minutes

It was an overnight stay whilst transiting from the Airport to North Germany. Excellent hotel very close to the railway station. Did not use most of the hotel facilities due to a late arrival and early departure.

Staff foh brilliant. Just a shame you can't get something warm to eat not a major issue but would be nice to be able too something to put in the microwave or a pot noodle not just the snack

The location of the hotel is appropriate for us, becouse our doughter's family lives in Spandau. This hotel is the nearest one to them. The hotel offers a good breakfast.

Room was clean, quiet and warm. Stuff nice and helpful. Big shopping mall in the same building (different entrances). Train and subway station 1 min walk. Everything perfect.
